API Many MCP server
The Model Context Protocol lets AI assistants call tools. With the API Many MCP server, Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients can generate images, videos, music and text with any model in our catalog — billed to your balance, with every call in your records.
Server URL https://apimany.com/mcp Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY
No install is needed: it is a remote server. Create a key under API keys and add the server to your client.
Tools
| list_models | Find model ids and prices, filtered by type or name. |
| chat | Ask any language model and return its answer. |
| generate_image | Create or edit an image and wait for the file URLs. |
| generate_video | Start a video job and get its task id. |
| generate_music | Start a music job with Suno or Flow Music. |
| check_task | Fetch the status and files of a media task. |
| review_image | Have a vision model inspect a result so the assistant can retry if it looks wrong. |
| get_balance | Show your remaining balance. |
Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http apimany https://apimany.com/mcp \
--header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY"Cursor
Add to ~/.cursor/mcp.json (or .cursor/mcp.json in a project):
{
"mcpServers": {
"apimany": {
"url": "https://apimany.com/mcp",
"headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" }
}
}
}Claude Desktop
Claude Desktop connects to header-authenticated servers through the open-source mcp-remote bridge. Edit claude_desktop_config.json:
{
"mcpServers": {
"apimany": {
"command": "npx",
"args": ["-y", "mcp-remote", "https://apimany.com/mcp", "--header", "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY"]
}
}
}VS Code
Add to .vscode/mcp.json:
{
"servers": {
"apimany": {
"type": "http",
"url": "https://apimany.com/mcp",
"headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" }
}
}
}Windsurf
{
"mcpServers": {
"apimany": {
"serverUrl": "https://apimany.com/mcp",
"headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" }
}
}
}Cherry Studio
Settings → MCP Servers → Add: type "Streamable HTTP", URL below, and a header Authorization = Bearer YOUR_API_KEY.
https://apimany.com/mcpProtocol
The server speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP (protocol version 2025-06-18) and answers every JSON-RPC request with a JSON response. Authentication is the same Bearer API key as the REST API, so revoking a key also disconnects the MCP client.
Try it from a prompt: "Use list_models to find a cheap video model, then generate a 5-second clip of a paper boat in the rain and show me the result."
